The service
Foammy provides mobile car detailing. We come to homes and workplaces in Norwood and Adelaide's eastern suburbs.
You can book as a guest. A My Garage account is optional.
Your appointment
Your appointment is for the service, vehicle, address and time you choose, at the total shown before you continue. A promotional code, when it applies, is already included in that total.
We confirm the appointment when the booking is accepted. Completing a form on this website does not, by itself, confirm the time or the payment.
Payment
If you pay by card, Stripe processes the payment. We do not keep your card number. The payment is complete when Stripe accepts it and we record that result.
If you choose cash, the amount is due to Foammy. It remains due until we record that we have received it. Choosing cash is not the same as having paid.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us before the visit if you need a different time or want to cancel. We will tell you what we can do for that appointment. These terms do not add a fee for changing or cancelling.
If a payment has already been taken, we will consider any return of money for that appointment. These terms do not promise a refund in every case.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service is not provided with due care and skill, or is not as described, those rights still apply.
At your address
Please tell us how the car is parked and anything we need in order to reach it. You can also ask us not to photograph the vehicle. We keep that request with the booking.
