Who this notice is for
This notice describes the personal information Foammy handles when you enquire, book a detail, or use My Garage. We do not sell personal information.
What we collect
For a booking we collect your name, email, phone, service address, parking and access notes, vehicle details, the service and time you choose, the price, and whether the payment is by card or cash.
We also record if you ask us not to photograph the vehicle, and if you ask to be texted about the appointment. You can save a vehicle registration in My Garage. Colour and registration are optional.
If you open My Garage, we keep the email you use to sign in, your name and phone, the vehicles you save, and any appointments you connect to the account.
Why we use it
We use these details to show you the price, arrange the visit, carry out the service, and record payment. An account lets you keep vehicles and book again. You can still book without one.
If you contact us, we use what you send to reply.
Who else handles it
Stripe processes card payments. We give Stripe your name, email, phone, a short description of the service, and the amount. Stripe handles the card details.
If you search for an address, Google receives the text you type so we can fill the address. An address you enter yourself is not sent through that search.
If you choose Google or Apple to sign in to My Garage, that provider confirms the sign-in with us.
Booking and account records are stored for us by Supabase. Cloudflare delivers this website and may see your IP address and browser details as part of that delivery.
Messages
We do not currently email booking confirmations, and we do not send appointment texts. The text option only saves your preference.
If you create or sign in to My Garage, we email a code or confirmation so you can enter the account.
Your account and your requests
In My Garage you can update your name, phone and saved vehicles. Ask us if a booking detail needs correcting and you cannot change it yourself.
